Baptist Aid-BBCF has been working in Bangladesh as a registered NGO since 1994. It is registered under the Foreign Donation (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Act of 1978 and its registration number with the NGO Affairs Bureau is 818. Baptist Aid-BBCF is the development wing of Bangladesh Baptist Church Fellowship (BBCF) which has about 100 years of history in Bangladesh. After many years of relief, rehabilitation, and charitable activities BBCF initiated Baptist Aid – BBCF in 1994 for its emergency response and development intervention.
